Personal information such as ID, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Type of application user, email address, and password you register in the system. Additionally, the application will indicate the fields that must be filled in obligatorily. Moreover, the individuals responsible for monitoring trips can make calls to the phone number registered by the user, in case they need to provide assistance in emergencies or if you as a user raise an alert to be called.

When a user downloads the application, ZiYU captures information regarding the use of services that are utilized. Among the data we collect are the following:

• Frequency and time the user uses the application.
• Type of mobile device, unique identifiers.
• Type and version of the operating system.
